The client

Steele T. Williams is a Sarasota trial attorney, licensed since 1996, Board Certified in both Business Litigation and Real Estate. His practice is litigation only.

The challenge

His old site was a brochure. It listed credentials but gave someone with a contract dispute in Venice or Lakewood Ranch no page to land on and no fast way to ask for help.

The solution

A 31-page site built around how people search for a litigator: one landing page per practice area, one per city served, and a consult form on every one of them.

The result

59 qualified requests in 80 days, every one logged in the firm's inbox and in our lead dashboard.

Our approach

Give every searcher a page that answers them

People don't search for "attorney." They search for the problem they have and the town they live in. We built the site around that.

  1. Practice pages that read like a consultationFive deep pages for civil, business, securities, real estate, and estate and trust litigation. Each explains the claims, the deadlines, and what to bring to a first meeting.
  2. Twelve city pages with local answersSarasota, Bradenton, Venice, Lakewood Ranch and eight more. Each names the courthouse a case would be filed in and the disputes that come up in that town, so no two pages repeat each other.
  3. A form that never scrolls out of reachThe evaluation form sits in a sticky sidebar on every landing page and full width on mobile. Phone numbers are tap-to-call buttons.
  4. Written for AI answers, not only GoogleEvery page leads with a direct answer, carries FAQ schema, and the site publishes an llms.txt file. ChatGPT now sends the firm consultation requests.
  5. Every lead counted, nothing lostSubmissions email the attorney and land in our Bloometrix dashboard at the same moment, with the page the visitor came from attached.

What 80 days produced

59 qualified leads, about 22 a month

We count a lead only when a real person asks about a real legal problem. Vendor pitches, bots and repeat submissions from the same person are filtered out before anything reaches this number.

More than one in four tracked leads came from ChatGPT

11 of the 40 qualified requests with a recorded landing page arrived from a ChatGPT answer. Those visitors had already asked an AI for a litigator before they ever saw the site, and they showed up ready to describe their case.

Why we publish lead counts

Most agency case studies report percentages: traffic up 900%, keywords up 400%. Those numbers sound big and tell a business owner almost nothing, because a 900% lift on a site that got four visits is still forty visits.

We report the number you care about, the count of people who asked for your help, pulled straight from the lead log. You can hold us to it.

Counts come from the firm's form submission log, July 27 to October 15, 2026. 89 total submissions, 59 qualified after removing vendor solicitations, bot submissions, scam inquiries, and repeat submissions from the same person. Each submission was reviewed by hand. Source share is based on submissions with a recorded landing page. Phone calls are not included.
